Planned Service | Texas HCSSA Licensure Pending

Practical Support for Everyday Life at Home

When bathing, meals, mobility, errands, memory changes, or caregiver exhaustion begin disrupting life at home, families need practical help that fits the person. After Texas HCSSA licensure is issued, Valiynt plans to provide nonmedical Personal Assistance Services that address those daily gaps while protecting dignity, choice, and independence.

Ways We Can Help

Planned Support Paths

Personal Assistance

When everyday tasks become difficult, the goal is not to take over. It is to provide the right amount of help while protecting privacy, choice, and independence.

Companion Care

Loneliness, long hours alone, and fading routines can affect confidence and safety. Companion care adds human presence and practical structure without treating an adult like a task list.

Homemaker & Meal Support

Laundry, dishes, meals, and basic household routines can become the tipping point for an older adult, disabled adult, or family caregiver. Small gaps pile up quickly.

Respite Care

A family can love someone deeply and still need relief. Respite is planned support that gives the regular caregiver time away without leaving the household to improvise.

Hospital-to-Home Support

The first days home can expose every gap at once: meals, safe movement, bathing, errands, follow-up appointments, and family availability. Valiynt is building support around that practical transition.

Dementia & Memory Support

Memory changes can make ordinary routines harder and place growing pressure on families. Consistent nonmedical support can reduce confusion and help preserve dignity at home.

Errands & Transportation Assistance

Appointments, groceries, and basic errands become major barriers when a person no longer drives or family lives across town. Planning matters because transportation affects the whole service schedule.

Extended-Hour & 24-Hour Care Planning

Long daily shifts, overnight support, and around-the-clock arrangements require a staffing system, backup coverage, defined duties, and honest cost planning.

Planned Payment Pathways

Clear About What We Plan to Pursue

Following Texas HCSSA licensure, Valiynt Health Group plans to begin with private-pay services and pursue participation with eligible government, health-plan, and commercial payer programs.

  • Private pay
  • Long-term-care insurance reimbursement
  • VA Community Care arrangements
  • Texas Medicaid and STAR+PLUS managed-care programs
  • Workers’ compensation and care-management networks
  • Approved community and institutional contracts

Future organizations Valiynt expects to evaluate may include: UnitedHealthcare, Wellpoint, Molina, Superior, Community First, TriWest, Enlyte, Genex, and One Call.

Participation in any government, health-plan, or commercial payer program is subject to separate licensing, enrollment, credentialing, contracting, network approval, and individual authorization requirements. Naming an organization here does not indicate affiliation, approval, network status, or an agreement to serve its members. Valiynt Health Group is not currently representing that it participates in or accepts payment from any listed program.
